Yes. Cancel from Account settings → Manage subscription whenever you like — or use the "Cancel contract here" link in the footer at the bottom of any page. Either way, you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period, then automatically drop back to Free. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
No — manual entry works on both Free and Pro, no EA or download required. Just log in, open the Calendar, and click "+ Add trade" (or click a day and "Add trade for this day"). MT4/MT5 auto-sync is an optional Pro feature for anyone who'd rather have trades logged automatically.
On Pro, you attach a small Expert Advisor (EA) to your MT4 or MT5 chart, paste in your account's API key, and every trade you close gets sent to TradeLista automatically — no manual entry needed. Full step-by-step setup is on the Connect Account page.

Nothing gets deleted. You keep every trade, note and screenshot you've already logged — you'll just lose access to Pro-only features until you upgrade again.
Yes, on Pro. Export your account's History as a report from MetaTrader (right-click the History tab → "Save as Report"), then use the "⬆ Import" button on your Calendar to bring in everything at once. It's a one-time import, not a live sync — you can repeat it any time to backfill more.
Pro accounts get 1 GB total — screenshots, notes, tags and reflection answers all count toward it. Screenshots are by far the biggest part of that (a chart image is a few hundred KB; text is practically nothing), so 1 GB is plenty for most traders. To see how much you've used, click your avatar (top right) → "Account settings" → scroll to "Storage", where a bar shows your current usage out of 1 GB.
